The cabin measures 16′ by 32′ with a loft measuring 9′ by 32′.

Has a septic and leach field installed.

Property size is just under 1 acre at about 0.83 acres but some of the land on the north end is cut off by the main road. Property is mostly fenced.

The property has several pine trees located on it.

There are two semi-permanent sheds on the property as well. All they need is proper siding to shore them up.
